Terms of Service
By using our website and placing an order with Midas Touch Bakery, you agree to the following terms:
Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
Pricing & Payments:
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Order Processing & Cancellations:
Same-Day Orders (2–3 hour delivery):
- Orders are processed immediately after confirmation
- Cancellation is allowed only within 15 minutes of placing the order
- After this, the order cannot be cancelled
Custom Cake Orders:
- Cancellation is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours will not be accepted
Once preparation has started, no cancellations or refunds are allowed
Corporate & Bulk Orders:
For large or corporate orders, the following terms apply:
- Orders must be placed at least 48–72 hours in advance
- A partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm the order
- Once confirmed, cancellations within 24 hours are not allowed
- Any changes to order details must be requested at least 24 hours prior
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size and customisation.
Product Nature:
All products are handcrafted and made fresh, so slight variations in design, color, or decoration may occur.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient.
Delivery Disclaimer:
While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability:
Midas Touch Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
